Our freeze guard turned the pump on, but the water wasn't circulating. Fearing a disaster, we called you in a panic at 9:30 p.m. asking for advice. Your response: "I'll be there in ten minutes." To our amazement and tremendous relief, you came right over and stayed until you had identified and fixed the problem. | |
