Dear Stan,  

Thank you for making our dreams become a reality.  You took everything we told you into consideration, play/entertainment pool, waterfall sound without big brown rocks, price, timing… And came back with not only the perfect plan but threw in the things we did not know we would want or need.  Dimmer light switch, located at the back door, light on equipment, freeze guard on the pump, separate pumps for the fountains and water wall…  You created the most wonderful sound with 2 absolutely beautiful sheer descents that double as cozy seating area.  Most every contractor gave us unsolicited accolades for choosing you as our pool contractor.  They bragged on how you really did things right.  It’s these extra touches and words that made us know we were in the right hands.

Thank you for your kindness and patience.  After holding on to your plans for eight years, we finally knew the time was right.  Our only regret is that we didn’t do this sooner.  After we reconnected with you, it still took us 3 months to decide.  You answered every question we could possibly think of without rushing us or making us feel less than bright or that we were imposing.

We thank both you and Leslie for going above and beyond the call of duty, checking hourly on the status of our pool filling up while we were out of town.

Thank you for choosing the most polite/dependable crew of contractors we’ve ever seen.  Leslie has follow up down to an art.  Her ability to keep us informed and fabulous attitude was invaluable.  Thank you for your word being as good as gold.  When you said something was going to happen, it did.

You did a beautiful job of extending our home into the back yard.  We know what you created will bring us a lifetime of joy and memories.
