| I wanted to take a minute and formally tell you how much we appreciate your efforts in building our pool. Most people that live in Texas dream of having their own pool. We did, and now do. I know I was not the easiest person to build a pool for. I had a design in my head, a weird yard, little knowledge of what was involved, and a desire to learn every detail about every aspect. I am very glad we selected Classic Reflections. | |
| We could have had Sandler build our pool. But if we were going to have to have someone in our backyard every day for a month, I wanted Stan Penner. I knew I would not have to supervise every subcontractor to make sure I was getting their best effort. I knew you would be there to do that. Your subcontractors are the best around. Believe me, I asked. I asked steel tie-ers who did the best excavation, and gunite people who did the best steel tying, and plaster and tile people who did the best gunite work, etc. Your list of subs is the best in the area. And Tim Bedow: he's a brick laying superstar! I want to party with that man. Your advice on design, colors, materials, the retaining wall, the fence contractors, and every other thing was extremely valuable. You even had the trees moved and my top soil saved. You always return my calls promptly, still, and have quality in mind at all times. We are glad to have been some of the most important people in your life. | |
